2023

In May 2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2023 on 2 May 2023 passed resolutions regarding capital increase and share allocation as follows:

  • Convert to a public company limited and change the company name to Supreme Distribution Public Company Limited
  • Change the par value of common shares from 100 Baht per share to 0.50 Baht per share
  • Increase the registered capital from 280 million Baht to 370 million Baht by issuing 180 million new common shares with a par value of 0.50 Baht per share, offered for sale for the initial public offering (IPO)

2022

  • In March, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 2/2022 on March 2, 2022 approved an increase in the company's registered capital by 150 million Baht through the issuance of 1.50 million new ordinary shares with a par value of 100 Baht per share. This resulted in an increase in the company's registered capital from 110 million Baht to 260 million Baht.
  • In June, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 4/2022 on June 10, 2022 approved a further increase in the company's registered capital by 20 million Baht through the issuance of 0.20 million new ordinary shares with a par value of 100 Baht per share. This resulted in an increase in the company's registered capital from 260 million Baht to 280 million Baht.

2018

In March, the company established a service center in Chiang Mai province to provide services to customers in Chiang Mai and surrounding areas.

2017

  • In February, the company increased its registered capital from 50 million Baht to 100 million Baht to use as working capital for business operations.
  • In April, the company further increased its registered capital from 100 million Baht to 110 million Baht to use as additional working capital for business operations.
  • In June, the company established a service center in Nakhon Sawan province to provide services to customers in Nakhon Sawan and surrounding areas.

In June, the company initiated the establishment of a service center in Songkhla province to provide services to customers in Songkhla and surrounding areas.

In February, the company increased its registered capital from 10 million Baht to 50 million Baht to be used as working capital for business operations.

In November, the company carried out two rounds of capital increase, resulting in an increase in registered capital from 1 million Baht to 10 million Baht to be used as working capital for business operations.

1993

On December 15, 1993, Supreme Distribution (Thailand) Company Limited was founded with an initial registered capital of 1 million Baht, and the par value of shares was set at 100 baht per share. Mr. Panuwat Khantamoleekul, with expertise in the computer and peripheral equipment distribution business, played a crucial role in the company's establishment. At that time, the company started by importing computers and peripherals as finished products for wholesale distribution in the country.
